Why purchase from Innovative UAS?

Our goal is to provide world class pre and after sales support to all customers that purchase from us. Feel confident in purchasing from us knowing you’ll have someone standing by your side after your purchase. Total Control Innovations is an authorized dealer for all the brands listed in our catalog. We honor all warranty claims as well as after sales support for the listed brands.

Why purchase from an authorized dealer?

Our first concern is always your ultimate satisfaction with your purchase. We go to great pains to make sure you get the best products and the best pre and after sale service. For those reasons we strongly advise you to purchase only from authorized retailers. There are some good reasons why you should be careful about buying from non-authorized dealers:

  • When you buy from an authorized dealer you are assured of getting the real deal – genuine product.
  • Limited product warranties only apply when the products are purchased from an authorized dealer. Purchasing products out-of-network places customers at risk. These customers may receive products that are counterfeit, used, defective or not designed to properly operate in the United States. We urge customers to protect themselves and their investment by purchasing from an authorized reseller.
  • Authorized dealers can assist in delivering the quality products and service you deserve when you make your purchase.

What is Innovative UAS’s Return policy?

Products purchased directly from Total Control Innovations may be returned within 30 days of original shipment. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package with all contents, and in resalable condition*. If you would like to return your item and the conditions set herein are met, simply send us an email at sales@innovativeuas.com or contact us at +1 (480) 427-9959 and we will be happy to assist you.

At Total Control Innovations we try and stock the most advanced products on the market. Thus sometimes we may not have a part, accessory, or item from the list of brands. I didn’t purchase my product from an authorized dealer and need service and support on my product; can Total Control Innovations help me?

Does Innovative UAS price match?

We do price match our competitors, however restrictions do apply. The retailer must be an authorized dealer of the product; the item must be the exact same, other restrictions apply.
