Here’s an interesting one. A guy calls up our shop and tells us that he needs to purchase a DJI Phantom 2 Vision Plus. Through the checkout process we asked if this was a personal purchase or a gift for someone.
“No”, he replies,
“I shot somebodies drone and they called the cops. Cops said I can either do jail time for destruction of property or buy the guy a new one.”

We unfortunately forgot to ask him if the drone was in his property even though this is still in a gray area since people dont own the air space in their property. *Disclaimer – Please dont quote us on this – We are sure the laws are different from state to state and as of the date of this post, there are still no concrete laws set in place.*
