Mavic Shipment Update: Week 4

Hello Eager Future Mavic Owners,

We are now in week 4 of Mavic shipment updates.

This week we fulfilled orders from October 8th through the 10th. This upcoming week we will be fulfilling orders from October 11th through the 16th. When your order is ready for payment, shipment, or pickup we will be sure to notify you via email.

Many of you have been extremely patient with us and have left inquiries to a minimum. We cannot stress how much we appreciate that as it has allowed our team to focus on fulfilling orders and process communication in a timely fashion.

For those of you that have already purchased accessories we have set aside your accessories and will ship them with your Mavic shipment. We only have a limited number of accessories in stock. Once an item states “Backorder” in the listing please know that it is no longer in stock. Orders with backordered items will be fulfilled once we receive our next batch of Mavic accessories.


FAQ’s

What happens if I’m next in the queue and ordered the Fly More Combo but Innovative UAS only has the Mavic Pro option in stock?

  • Customers that ordered the Fly More Combo can opt into switching to the Mavic Pro at the time of notification. However when transitioning over to the Mavic Pro only, accessories cannot be purchased for the discounted pricing available with the Fly More Combo.

What is the grace period for processing payment once I receive notification that my Mavic is ready to ship?

  • Innovative UAS will allow up to 48 hours for payment to be received. Once 48 hours has passed we reserve the right to move onto the next order in the queue. Please note exceptions can be made if we are contacted within the 48 hour term.

How do I process payment for my Mavic order?

  • Innovative UAS will be creating an account for each Mavic customer. The account details will be provided to you via email, along with instructions on how to process your payment.

Can I purchase expedited shipping for my Mavic order?

  • Yes, expedited shipping can be added to your order. Please contact us via email before making payment for shipping rates and transit times.

What is the warranty on my DJI Mavic?

  • There is a limited 1 Year Manufacturers warranty on the DJI Mavic. Extended warranties can also be purchased separately.
  • Innovative UAS offers two types of extended warranties, DJI Care Refresh and CPS Extended Warranty.
  • DJI Care Refresh must be purchased before we ship out your Mavic.
  • CPS Extended Warranty can be purchased within 29 days of shipment date.
