Mavic Shipment Update: Week 2

Hello Innovative UAS Customers,

We would like to thank you for your continued patience in regards to the Mavic situation.

Last weeks announcement informed our customers that we were working on end of September orders. We are proud to inform you that as of Friday December 2, 2016 all September orders have now been fulfilled. If your order was placed at the end of September and you have not received notification of shipment or pickup, or request for payment please be sure to contact us via email, [email protected].

On Monday December 5, 2016 we will be moving forward with October shipments starting with orders that were placed between October 1st through the 7th.

In the meantime our team plans on producing videos pertaining to the DJI Mavic. These videos can be anything from unboxing to tutorials. We would like to hear your feedback on what videos you as a future Mavic owner would like to see. Please feel free to comment below. These videos will be posted to our YouTube channel within the next few weeks.

To re-iterate once an order is ready to ship a notification will be sent via email. All communication for Mavic orders will be handled via email only, to reduce the number of phone inquiries we receive.

For those of you that are waiting patiently, we would like to thank you once again. We understand how frustrating this situation can be especially during the holiday season.
