Mavic Shipment Update and Continued Updates

Hello Innovative UAS Customers,

We would like to start off by apologizing for the delay in fulfilling your Mavic order and the lack of communication on our part. We also want to thank you for your continued patience during this long wait.

When the Mavic was announced at the end of September we began taking pre-orders, as DJI notified us that we would receive first batches mid October. Mid October then turned into end of October, and now we are in mid November still fulfilling orders placed at the end of September.

This delay has been attributed to the vast amount of demand for this product as well as an inadequate amount of production capacity through DJI. A technical issue had also arisen at the beginning of production; however this was quickly resolved.

At this time we are receiving a small amount of Mavics from DJI on a weekly basis. As we receive these units we quickly ship them out. Unfortunately we are unaware of when or how many Mavics we receive in any given shipment, thus we are not able to provide a timeline as to when your specific order will be fulfilled.

Please note that we are still working on orders placed at the end of September. If your order was placed in the month of October we currently do not have enough stock to fulfill your order at this time.

mavic-category-picWhen your specific order is ready for pickup or is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation. All shipment emails will notify you of your tracking number and carrier information. If your mail-order requires payment to be processed, we will contact you via phone or email to process payment before we ship out your unit.

We appreciate the phone calls that we have been receiving, as most of you understand that we are at the mercy of DJI. Please note that all inquiries, regarding the Mavic, moving forward will only be handled via email. Although we appreciate hearing from our customers, we cannot provide information on your Mavic order until we receive new information from DJI. Moving forward we will be providing a weekly update via email to all customers that placed a Mavic order. This update will also be provided via our dedicated blog using the link below.
